Sterling Bayside June 2016 Newsletter

Welcome to Sterling Bayside’s June 2016 newsletter.

Three months into the townhouse construction program, some of you probably have driven past the site and have seen some progress to the development. We are excited to share with you some of the latest updates on site: 

  • Slabs – 100% completed 
  • Frames – 50% completed 
  • Brick works – commenced 

The construction work is progressing well and from now on we will change our quarterly newsletter to monthly and attach the latest images of the development to keep you in the loop. 

At this stage we are not expecting any significant delays to the construction program, completion is forecast to be in October/November this year with settlements to follow. At completion, prior to settlement, you will be invited to do a walk-through at a pre-arranged time, please do not attempt to enter site until such time. Our builder follows strict OHS guidelines, only authorised personnel is allowed onsite.

Sterling Bayside March 2016 Newsletter

Welcome to Sterling Bayside’s March quarterly newsletter. 

With Labour Day long weekend and Easter fast approaching, on behalf of the Sterling Bayside Project Team and the Gillon Group, we wish you a happy and safe holiday period.   

By way of an update, civil construction has been completed and Creation Homes – the Builder – has taken possession of the site as of 7th March 2016. In the coming weeks the Builder will begin establishing the site and construction works will commence soon afterwards. As the project progresses and at various stages, we will take photos during construction and we will attach them in our forthcoming newsletters.

Live Brighton March 15 Update

Welcome to Live Brighton’s final edition newsletter.  

We are excited to announce that settlement of your new home can be expected to take place in late April or early May 15!  Since our last update in January 15, we have made excellent progress in construction on site. Following is a snapshot of what has been completed: 

  • Lots 11 – 16: driveways to garage poured, retaining wall and fences completed; flooring, landscaping and final inspection to follow; 
  • Lots 1 – 5: scaffolding has come down; driveways to garage poured, side retaining wall and fence to follow in the next 2 weeks; 
  • Lots 6 – 10: lock-up stage completed, scaffolding to come shortly; driveways to garage poured, front footpath, side retaining wall and fence to follow.

Live Brighton January 15 Update

Welcome to Live Brighton's third edition newsletter.  

In the last couple of weeks, Metricon and their contractors are back on site after the Christmas & New Year break. Construction works are on schedule, completion date for the construction is expected to be in June 2015, with settlement to follow in August 2015. We are working with Metricon to try and settle some of these properties earlier and will keep you updated on our progress. 

At present, please see below works undertaken of the progress on site.  

  • Lots 11 to 16 - fixing completed, building final inspection commenced;  
  • Lots 1 to 5 - lock-up completed, fixing almost completed, building final inspection to follow; 
  • Lots 6 to 10 - frame completed, lock-up and fixing commenced.

BE27 October 14 Updates

Welcome to the third edition of the BE27 quarterly newsletter.  

Further to our July update, we are pleased to announce construction progress has been tracking well with the near completion of Lots 15-21 and the balance either at frame or lock-up stages. More detail on the construction progress (accompanied by photos) and timing is provided below.   

CIVIL WORKS:   As reported last month update, the Civil works have now reached practical completion with the base course, kerb and channelling now in place. The Civil Contractor will return near project completion to finish off parts of the road, kerb and channelling and lay the final wearing course. 

TOWNHOUSE CONSTRUCTION: 

Southern Townhouses (Stage 2): 

  • Lots 15-21 are nearing completion and are expected to be complete by the end of November/Early December 2014. 
  • Lots 22 & 23 - Frame and Lock-up Stages are now complete 

Northern Townhouses (Stage 1): 

  • Lots 9-14 Frame Stage is complete with
  • Lots 1-8 nearing Frame Completion
